The Autoresponder Files
Autoresponders send automatic reply messages when an e-mail is sent to certain e-mail addresses. All sites are setup with the capacity for autoresponders. Each e-mail address sends a different autoresponder message generated from the info text files in your packets folder under your root directory.

The following is an example of what a typical auto responder message looks like:

From: info@yourbiz.com
Subject: Your Company Information Request

Hi, this is a message from the Your Company autoresponder. Thank you for your inquiry, we will contact you shortly or you may contact us at:

000-000-0000 phone
000-000-0000 FAX

To customize these you can modify them through your control panel. If you are not comfortable editing these files yourself we can do it for you for a minor cost. Again, if you need more autoresponders configured and are uncomfortable with your control panel, contact us and we can do it all for you at a modest fee.
