Faults:
No direct meta content control. Must use source document editing feature to install and know syntax requirements. No CSS capability unless directly coded by the user. As a result, CSS coding was not installed as it is very likely to be too complex for a typical user. Due mode of operations, it is difficult to discover that some features are available. This would make it less likely for a new user to make use of typical features that should be used on a professional site. Most special codes such as the copyright symbol, trademark, or super and subscripting are not immediately available. Table editor insists on specify absolute widths which makes inter-broswer and screen resolution capability an improbable achievement for the beginner. Operations are not extremely intuitive. Image for image maps are hard to see making it difficult to specify a correct location. Occasionally may change imported pages to suite itself. This could cause the "turnkey" customer some problems due to damage of their existing site.

Good Points:
Produces very tight fast loading code with almost no unnecessary overhead or requirement to use special front ends. Generates nice image maps with without requiring user to understand much about image map features. Checks spelling until all document is fully examined and approved. Allows examination of download times at various assumed speeds. Allows examination of site at various resolutions.

Overall:
Not a bad choice for the beginner. Some features are hard to get used too, but the software is very workable after you learn it. This software will usually allow you to avoid damaging existing work while addling to the site and generating new pages that work well. However, unless you are used to it, other web page creation software may suit you needs better.

Time to create page (excluding all graphics)-- 3.5-hours. File size 10K plus graphics with a 7-second or less load time for the majority of browsers.
